A Board-certified internist and geriatrician, Dr. Babos has been a part of UnitedHealth Group for 10 years. Prior to UnitedHealth Group, she was the Vice President of Medical Affairs and National Medical Director for HCR Manorcare, the second largest nursing home chain in the U.S. She has also served as a hospice medical director for Vitas Hospice and was the Chief of Geriatric Medicine at two large teaching hospitals. She has served as an associate clinical professor at the University of Illinois in Chicago.
Dr. Babos received her medical degree from Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine. Her residency in internal medicine was completed at hospitals in Detroit and Chicago. She completed her fellowship in geriatric medicine at the University of Chicago.
Dr. Babos continues to be active in the community, serving as president of the board of directors and now advisor to the Chicagoland Suburban Area Agency on Aging. She continues to care for patients in her small private practice, serving the needs of the homebound elderly who have advanced or terminal illness.

Dr. Horowitz completed specialty training in both Surgery and Cardiothoracic Surgery. He then served on the faculty of the University of Miami School of Medicine for several years before launching a highly successful cardiac surgery program in a community hospital that previously did not have these services.
Dr. Horowitz received an MBA with concentration in Organization and Management in 2006 from the Goizueta Business School of Emory University. He is a Diplomate, Fellow or member of numerous professional medical and surgical organizations. Dr Horowitz is a Certified Physician Executive.

Amy Wright is a licensed physical therapist and Chief Clinical Officer at OptumHealth Physical Health. Prior to joining OptumHealth, Amy worked for eight years as Director of Rehabilitation for Mid Atlantic Health Plans and practiced physical therapy in inpatient and outpatient environments, at both Johns Hopkins Hospital and the Shock Trauma unit at University of Maryland. Originally from Boston, Mass., Amy now resides in Potomac, Maryland with her husband and daughter.
